Finally Thursday...I'm fighting having to get out of bed in the morning. Something is not right...Time will tell I guess. It looks like another beautiful day outside.

I love the cat quotes, but can't help putting ferrets in the place of cats. It is funny how much alike ferrets are to cats. What is scary is how much they can be like dogs, too. I think I am spending too much time with my ferrets. LOL.
I have always wondered what it would be like to have ferrets. I love to watch them in the pet stores! Are they as much fun as they look, and how are they to take care of?

Ferrets are a great deal of fun, but they are like eternal toddlers. Constantly into stuff and have a tendency to destroy things like couches and carpet. They like to burrow, you see. So they do require some supervision when they are out of their cage.
Care is easy. They eat kitten chow and spend about 20 hours a day sleeping in their cage. I clean their cage several times a week and disinfect it every Saturday. I bathe them about once a month.
Two would be lots easier than four. LOL. But do get a pair as they keep each other company.
I'm afraid Merlin and Taliesin would have something to say about two little strangers in our home. I would one day like to try having ferrets as pets, though. They sound like fun!
