A Musing...
Why do some people have no earthly how destructive they can be when dealing with people? Don't they know that what little good and constructive things they may say to someone can be vaporized by one well placed piece of destructive criticism? Their words can make people feel as if they were 2 inches tall and don't know a thing. Sometimes no matter how hard someone works on a project for these unthinking, sometimes unfeeling people, it is never good enough, THEY are never good enough. A kind word, gentle encouragement, enthusiastic appreciation will motivate people a great deal better than a harshly spoken, destructive piece of criticism.

Ever so true my star. I wish I had some sort of answer for you but alas, far better men than I have tried and ... "have yet to effectively put in words what we all know!"

I'm sorry to hear someone has upset you. Look at the source of the criticism. Don't allow their words to bring you down. I've been there. BB
I know how you feel.
BUT ignore that person that did this to you, they are ignorant.

Thank you all for your support...I usually handle remarks and attitude from this person far better than this , but for some reason this just really knocked me down. I guess because it was such a small thing ahe pitched a fit about! This person is a very sad human being, and I deal with her as little as possible. Once I wrote this I felt better and hearing from you makes me even better. {V}

Words ... are magickal ... if someone has hurt you with their words ... you dear wonderful lady ... close your ears ... and consider the source.
