Another wonderful weekend draws to a close. Spent the day with Wee Wench yesterday and then went to the movies last with she and her husband. We saw "Jay and Silent Bob Strike Back". It was...ummmm...well...you could say...but then again...
Today Mike and stayed home and watched movies. We saw "The Patriot" and "Quills". We felt as if we wee watching an updated version of "Braveheart" with "The Patriot" . The only good thing is Mel didn't die! "Quills" was an interesting movie based on the Marquis de Sade. Geoffery Rush was incredible and I totally enjoyed Kate Winslet and Joaquin Phoenix. We bought "What Women Want" yesterday (Blockbuster was having a sale! ) I loved this movie, it was hysterical (I thought anyway!).
Back to some cleaning and preparation for another Monday! I hope everyone had a good weekend.
Bright Blessings,
Amethyst

The seen where the 15 year old son dies and Mel looks up, I felt like crying out in the theater, Wait a minute, isn't that William Wallace?
Too bad we can't all be cat's. Mel Gibson die in a movie? Not going to happen.
