Hooray for Tuesday! Had a decent Monday, it's amazing the difference attitude makes!

Today promises to be another HOT one (and muggy). ***Sigh*** Monsoon season, don't you know!
I was at Wal-mart yesterday and they had Autumn stuff out, if only the weather would match my mood! Autmn is my fsvorite time of year! I only wish I lived somewhere that had turning leaves and Autumn type weather. Growing up in Southern California and then living here, there is no changing seasons. Oh well, Such is life!

I am ready for fall weather, too.
Oh I love that quote. It's so true, my kids were so upset when their babysitter gave away their kittens and mom wouldn't let them have another one. It broke their hearts, I felt bad but one moody cat is enough for this moody woman.

I know what you mean about the seasons. I grew up in Ohio. I always loved the birth of spring...and the waining of fall and all it's beautiful colors. But now after 23 years on the central coast of California, Ive learned to admire the subtle changes the season offers us here. Now we look to the golden rolling hills...all parched and dry....but mama nature being the goddes she is....decided that the time for a little color would be now...and the wild Naked Ladies are in full bloom. The bright pink flowers dust the hillsides scattered amongst the gloden browns....Beautiful!!

I live in the Appalachian Mountains. Fall is my favorite! The smell, the scenery, the temperature... I love how it's just brisk enough to need pants and a jacket. Very bearable, unlike the dead of Winter!
