Boy, am I glad I went to the doctors. I seem to have come down with a nasty lung infection that mimics asthma. I thought it was bronchitis, but I was having a more difficult time breathing than I do when I have bronchitis. Fever, light headiness and my oxygen ratio in my blood was way down. So now I am a walking pharmacy and hopefully I will be feeling more like my self in a couple of days. 
        This is one of the times I miss my mama most…isn’t that silly? Even after I grew up, whenever I got really sick, just calling her made me feel better. I wish she were here.
I need a cuddle…

 Darling Dread, I would be honored to take you to the Faire!!!  A dashing rogue on my arm…I’d be the envy of all the wenches at Faire!!

Did I mention that my Ex called me last Saturday and asked…me…out!!! He said he and his girlfriend (The one who was once my friend and caught my wedding bouquet) were drifting apart . She was seeing other guys and it was time for him to see other women. He had the audacity to ask me how my relationship with Shadow was going and if I was seeing anyone special. I told him Shadow was just a friend (with privileges, but he didn’t catch that part…*GRIN*),then I told him I was seeing no one special, I was playing the field and out for fun right now.  

He said that we have both changed over the last year and I told him that HE HAD NO IDEA!!!! He said I didn’t have to tell him if I didn’t want to and I could tell he wanted to know just exactly how I had changed. Obviously…according to my friends anyway, he has seen enough of my change and blossoming (and the really good looking men that are courting me) that he wants back in! Will I let him back in my life? Um…..that would be a big Heck…okay…HELL no!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! (Pardon my French)

Two weeks from today I will be in Palm Springs listening to my favorite singers, hugging and kissing my favorite men in kilts and loving all my faire family. I have had intermittent bursts of uncontrollable giggles all day as I contemplate the joys that are waiting for me.

I hope this is a marvelous weekend for everyone…don’t forget to do something that brings you joy.

 Ahem…er…sorry…been a long week and I’m very tired. I’m most happy tomorrow is Friday…14 days til Faire!!!!!!!!!! Huzzah…that is my Mantra for the next several days…Almost Faire…Friends, flirting, MEN in KILTS…music, laughing, flirting...MEN in KILTS… music… Singing….drinking...music…eating…did I mention MEN in KILTS?
