HAPPY FRIDAY! Boy, for a "short" week, this has been the Longest! But, it is over...wow...the last Friday of the year {giggle}...Yawn...ready to settle down and relax!

Congratulations to Roxy on her safe move to Ohio! I am so proud of you, sister of my heart, for setting forth on a new adventure! I envy you! I was the adventurer in my family and always looked forward to new journeys! Maybe a bit of change is what I need...Hmmmm.

SO, is there anybody out there setting New Year's Goals? I am, been working on them for a couple of weeks...I usually don't, but I feel drawn to this year. It should be interesting!

Week four and here I am still icky! Better than the first week but still draggy! I finally started my holiday shopping Monday night and will finish this weekend. {Sigh} I still have to finish my tree(It's only taken two week!). Went to my Company party, I won a door prize...cool! Spent this last weekend in California, saw our Friends Garry and Steve perform at a little place in Hermosa Beach and then saw my guys Brother(I reverted back to sixteen again! :-p ) and a perfectly lovely time with my Rogues. (We took a "Rogue" Trip! {GRIN} )

oops, time for work...Gotta run...

I am finally feeling a wee bit better. I have the sniffles, I keep losing my voice, and I'm still tired, But I feel much better than I did a few days ago. I got my "Charlie Brown" tree put together tonight and I'll spend the rest of the week decorating it. I hate being this tired and not having any energy to do what i really want to do...Urgh!

I hope everyone is healthy and happy. I've missed being on line. I know there is an awful lot going on in some of my friends lives right now and I want them to know I send them love, laughter, courage, and strength to do what has to be done.

I am now ten days into this misery! I am so behind schedule, I don't think I'll ever catch up. So far the holiday season sucks!

However, I can hope that I will begin to feel better and become my normally cheerful, elfish (elvish?), holiday self soon!
