Another Tuesday and a hot one it promises to be. What will be expected of me today, I wonder? What do I expect of myself today? Am I truly myself or a reflection of those around me? Am I one person or many people, depending who I am interacting with? Do I conform to people's idea of what I should be, or to MY idea's of what I should be?  Do I conform?  What SHOULD I be? Hmmmm......

Oh, What a beautiful morning...wait, that's a song cue! But a true sentiment just the the same. Weekend as always was just too short, but it really won't be that long until the next one! I can't believe Lammas is almost upon us and this means summer will soon be over(well for some parts of the country it will soon be over. We will continue to have hot weather for another 2 1/2 months...**sigh**). Oh well.

All Right...for those who are interested. First we went to lunch and had margaritas (I don't think I like them, but I had to try). Then I we went shopping and I bought a new shirt and pair of sandals. Then my friend took me to the salon she goes to. I had a complete set of nails put on and a spa pedicure. (I LOVED that!) I know it doesn't sound like much, but for me it was everything.

OKAY...Just how does one type with these things anyway???

As I said, I LOVED the pedicure, it was my first one. I sat in a marvelous chair that vibrated up and down my spine, as my feet soaked in a whirlpool of almost hot water. Then the girl( I never did catch her name) did wonderful, wonderful things to my feet, and they soaked some more. Finally she painted my toenails and I was SO relaxed. I could have curled up in a little ball and gone to sleep. It was fun and I am still doing my darndest NOT to feel guilty. I think I almost have it under control!  

So, that is how my Saturday went. It is going to take me a couple of days to get used to these nails, but they do make my hand look pretty!

Well, best friend and husband have ganged up on me and insist I go for some pampering tomorrow. I have repeatedly told them we don't have the money...they repeatedly tell me I deserve it and that I will do it! Humph! Okay...I'll show them...I'll just go and be pampered tomorrow...

Okay, so I get home last night, looking forward to seeing my friends on Xanga....FRACK! My computer wouldn't let me play. I had a rotten nights sleep...slept the bottom sheet right off the bed! Hubby was sick at Oh-dark-thirty this morning and so I had about an hour and half sleep.

Can't get on Xanga this morning, cause 'puter is being obnoxious so I don't get to do my Happy Friday entry! I get to work, thinking I'll get everything done I need to and go home...NOT! My co-worker is not here, so here I am Stuck and in a crabby mood! GGrrrrrrr...

I have spent the better part of today apologizing to my friends at work for being crabby and now I apologize to all my friends here at Xanga for being crabby! I'm so Sorry.

Happy Thursday...just one more day! Well, it has been 1 week and two days since Michael quit. It was touch and go, especially on Sunday as we were doing something as simple as grocery shopping. We fought over what to have for dinner that night...GOOD GRIEF! He had a problem with EVERYTHING!

I feel bad, because I do to a certain extent, understrand why he's so crabby. But I must admit, I  get upset when he blows up at the littlest thing. I ty to put myself in his place(Now THERE'S a scary thought!), but  never having smoked, I can't really do it. So I am trying just as hard as I can to be understanding and just to be sure...I stay out of his way as much as possible! I should be more understanding...I guess I'm just a horrible person!
